EPS vs CKM:

The following 6 core concepts of European Patient Summary (EPS) are required to be mapped to openEHR CKM archetypes:

1. Allergies and intolerances
2. Problems (conditions)
3. Medications
4. Medical devices and implants
5. Procedures
6. Patient (partially in scope)

Deliverables:

1. Report with analysis
2. Mapping CSVs and comments
3. openEHR templates
4. Presentation (live + slides)

EHDS Logical Models to map:

Each of the 6 core concepts from EPS consists of one or more EHDS Logical Models. Logical models may be shared between concepts.
